Au Revoir, Tejas

I’ve never been good at goodbyes. Mostly, because I’m a sap and I’ll start in with tears like Niagara Falls. So, if I’ve been hesitant to meet up one last time or I’ve told you I couldn’t quite make it work that day…Well, it’s because it’s too hard to say goodbye and I’d rather say “until next time”. We are moving on to the next phase in this little journey called life. We are excited to be closer to family and to reconnect with old friends, but it doesn’t change the fact that we’ll miss our friends here. Texas is a part of our “story” now. This community has been amazing and  has made us feel like one of the gang, from the beginning. It’s hard to believe it’s been six years! Thanks again, to all of my clients and friends, who have supported me in starting this business. I hope all of you who have inquired about booking a session recently, understand how sad I am that I couldn’t squeeze it in this summer, before the move. I am really missing the weight of the camera in my hands, more than you know and can’t wait to get back to work when we get settled in Chicago.
